Dongyang Feiya Magnetics Co., Ltd. is located in Hengdian Industrial Park, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province — a central Zhejiang city renowned as both the "Oriental Hollywood" and the "Hometown of Magnetic Materials". As one of the pioneering enterprises that invested in and researched ferrite magnets in the early days of Hengdian, Feiya Magnet boasts extensive technical expertise accumulated over years in the industry. It is an integrated enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales and after-sales service of high-quality magnetic materials.
Overview.
Feiya Magnetics was founded in 1994, and factory area is about 12000m2, fixed assets are over 20 million Chinese Yuan. Currently we have 2 plants, 5 sections and 6 workshops. With yearly investment, we have auto forming molding machines, sintering furnaces with electric temperature controlling, auto cutting and grinding lines, equipped own lab with testing machines, and yearly capacity is over 2000 tons. We are focusing on design and making special types of magnets with different shapes, such as tile shape, ring shape, square shape and unregular shape. Also, different material characteristics could meet the client’s requirement for different applications.
Who we are today?
With about 30 years of design and development experience, Feiya constantly updates technology, develops new products, improves quality, and has established a foundation for cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. Meanwhile, the company boasts a full set of production processes and management systems certified to ISO9001:2015 and TS16949:2009 standards. In line with the tenet of "being good for customers, for the company, for employees, and for the society", the company implements the quality policy of "respect, quality, perfection, satisfaction" and "7S" on-site management. Continuous pursuit of perfection is the goal and criterion of every employee of Feiya. We will strengthen and strive to a better cooperation with domestic and foreign customers.
